How do I change my email address?

If you no longer have access to your email or have begun to use a new email address, you'll need to create a new Postmates account with your new email. At this time, we are unable to make any changes to the email address currently registered with your Postmates account.

Luckily, you do not need access to your outdated email address if you’d like to continue ordering with Postmates. All you need to sign in is your new email address and a working mobile phone number that can receive incoming SMS messages.

Download the latest mobile app and sign out of your account that has the old email address tied to it. Once signed out tap Get Started. Then tap Can’t Sign In to enter in your new email address. Since this email is new to our system, we will ask you to create a new account. You will then be prompted to verify your phone number for the newly created account.
