Once your Postmate has picked up your order, you will be able to track their location on a map. You can contact your Postmate if needed by tapping the Help button next to their name on the tracking screen. Feel free to let your Postmate know if you have any special instructions for reaching you at the drop-off address (e.g. if you have a gate code).
As your Postmate arrives to your delivery address, we will notify you of their arrival with a push notification to your device and an SMS to the phone number you entered at checkout.
